This type of check-in requires participants to be near a Bluetooth beacon to check-in. It works great for inside check-ins.
If your check-ins will be outside, see this check-in mode.
A phone's location abilities
Location abilities of a phone rely on GPS, Wifi signals, and cell-tower locations, which are most reliable when used outside.
Class code
Give this code to your participants. They'll type it into the app (on their phones) to enroll for attendance. (A short, simple code is best.)
Beacon broadcast name
This is the Bluetooth name your beacon is broadcasting. Your participants' phones will scan for this name to verify their proximity.

Choose all times in "24 hour/military" format. So for any "pm" (afternoon) time,
just add 12 to the hour. Ex: 1:00pm = (1+12):00 or 13:00. 4:45pm = (12+4):45 or 16:45.
That's how Youhere works!
You got it! That's how you set up a check-in event.
If you want to proceed, you'll need to make an account, so your
check-in information, and app check-ins from your participants can be saved.
